OF EXCLUSIVE AGENCY AGREEMENT

Please be informed that Neptune Technical Agencies Ltd exclusively represents ZHOUSHAN LONGSHENG SHIP INDUSTRY CO., LTD (the original ZhouShan Industrial shipyard) which was established in 1958 and is now located in DongXieZhi Island  –  DingHai District  –  ZhouShan City  and rebuild in 2007.

The company is a joint venture between China and Japan Industrial Groups and its main business is to repair and build vessels up to 50000GRT.

There are two dockyards in the company, NO1 and NO2, the sizes are respectively 200mX36MX11m, and 135Mx26MX10m as well as 3 repair berths with various lifting equipments, metal processing, welding, inspecting, de-rusting, painting and etc outfits and mechanical work-shops.
